The annual VEGAN LIFE LIVE event took place on 10th-11th February at Alexandra Palace this year. In its second year running, this event was the perfect place for those interested in learning more about a vegan diet and leading a more conscious lifestyle!
We are so pleased that all our bags and purses proved to be a great hit at the show! It was also a joy to see lots of you returning to purchase more items after seeing us online or at the last year! So thank you so much and we were really very overwhelmed by all the positive comments! And a BIG shout out to our wonderful team of artists for continually producing amazing artwork for the curation of HETTY+SAM products!
As well as meeting lots of wonderful people, we met so many exciting brands... all on the same mission to encourage a more conscious lifestyle.
These are some of the lovely vegan products I came away with from the event (Sam had to really control my spending!)... below is a very quick look at where some of the dosh was spent!
Optiat is an acronym for “One Person’s Trash Is Another’s Treasure”. The brand's focus is on sustainability. They transform used coffee grounds, that would otherwise be discarded, into natural, sustainable skincare that make you look and feel amazing!
NINI Organics Face Mask - All the beauty products from NINI are ethically sourced and handmade on a small scale ensuring their quality. Thankfully, there is no testing on animals and everything is natural and organic.
BEEBS - Stands for A Burst of Energy in Every Bite! This family start-up company has put together some amazing nutritious snacks, with exciting flavours such as cardamom and tropical mango!
PERKIER - Armed with some of the most delicious gluten and wheat free energy bars made using quinoa and bursting with flavour. Each bar packs up to 5g in protein which definitely perked us up!
VEDA SOUL - A husband and wife team, focusing on creating ethical handmade treats that are all organic and contain no refined sugar. We snacked on these without any guilt whatsoever!
And not to forget the rest of the amazing food at the event, it's so hard to pick from all the amazing stands serving great vegan grub! However, we loved what we did try including What The Pitta, Pig Out UK and Jakes Vegan Steaks!
Our next event is taking place at VegFest Brighton (it's our first event here!). We are really looking forward to seeing all you all there!
