    It is very important for everyone to have a wonderful experience when shopping at HETTY + SAM. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can process a return, replacement or exchange your order as soon as possible. Please contact us within 28 days from when your order arrived.

    We are more than happy to accommodate returns/exchanges of items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Please include your order number or receipt when returning your order and kindly ensure the products are securely packaged and have the return details enclosed. This will help us keep track of your return and process your request promptly.

    Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense.  Kindly ship your return package with a tracking number or signed delivery, as HETTY + SAM cannot be held responsible for lost returns. We do not refund any custom/international fees; these are to be paid by the receiver.  Please see our duties and international fee policy under shipping and delivery for further information. Any additional fees charged by your bank institution are to be paid by the customer. 

    For exchanges only, we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order as we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be available at the time that the exchange is received.
